This site is published by DestinyRift Press LLC. Using it means you accept what's below. It's short, because this site doesn't sell anything or ask anything of you.
What this site is
An information site for a publisher. Nothing is sold here, there are no accounts, and there is nothing to sign up for. Books are sold by booksellers, libraries and retailers, and ordered by the trade through Ingram.
The words and the pictures
The text on this site, the books it describes, the cover art and the DestinyRift Press name and logo belong to DestinyRift Press LLC or to Nicole Nicholls. Please don't republish them as your own work.
Press and media
Everything on our Press and Media page is there to be used. If you are covering, reviewing, interviewing or reporting on our books or our author, you may download and publish the cover art, the author photograph and the bios without asking us first.
Two conditions, both ordinary: don't alter the cover art beyond cropping and resizing, and don't use any of it to suggest we endorse something we haven't.
Readers
Quote us. Post a photo of the book. Draw the characters. Make the edit with the sad song on it. Talk about the books anywhere you like, including the parts you hated.
What we'd ask you not to do is sell merchandise using our cover art, our logo or our character names, or use any of it in a way that would make someone think we made it.
Catalog information
We keep the prices, dates, specifications and ISBNs on this site as accurate as we can, and they can change. Publication dates move. Prices are set by market and can be revised. Confirm anything you're ordering against the current Ingram record, which is the authoritative one.
Links to other sites
We link to retailers, distributors and our author's site. We don't control those and we aren't responsible for what's on them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top says when we last did.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
