DestinyRift Press LLC operates destinyriftpress.com. This page explains what happens to information when you visit.
What we ask for
Nothing. This site has no contact forms, no accounts, no newsletter signup, and nothing is sold here. We do not ask you to type anything into this website.
If you email us at one of the addresses on our contact page, we have your email address and whatever you chose to write. We use it to answer you and we keep it in our mail as business correspondence. We do not add you to any list.
What happens automatically
This site is hosted by Wix. Like any web host, Wix records technical information when a page loads: your IP address, browser and device type, the page you requested, and the time. This is standard server activity and we use it only to keep the site working and secure. Wix's own privacy policy covers how they handle it: https://www.wix.com/about/privacy
No advertising networks, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics run on this site.
Cookies and Consent
Some cookies are necessary for this site to work at all, including session, security and load balancing. These are set whenever you visit and cannot be switched off without breaking the site.
Everything else is your choice. When you first arrive you will see a consent banner. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Wix's built-in visitor statistics to see which pages are being read. These report totals and trends. We do not use them to identify you and we do not attempt to. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and the site works exactly the same.
We use Usercentrics to manage cookie consent and to record your choice. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time through the banner's settings link, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser at any point.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade information about you. We do not run advertising on this site. We do not build profiles of visitors. We do not share anything with anyone beyond our hosting provider and our consent tool, both of which need it to do their jobs.
Links to other sites
This site links out to nicolenicholls.com, to retailers, and to distribution partners. Once you follow a link you are on their site under their policy, not ours.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to ask for a copy, or to ask us to delete it. Since this site collects nothing directly, in most cases the answer is that we hold nothing. If you have emailed us, write to scarter@destinyriftpress.com and we will tell you what we have and delete it on request.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top.
